Came in Dusseldorf to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was useful base for doing it. The room we had included a dining area and openable French windows. It had comfortable beds...

Amazing breakfast, fresh bread, cheese, and cereals. Friendly staff, multi-lingual. Calming atmosphere, beautiful interior, French windows. Convenient location, close to public transportation, restaurants, and grocery market. Easy check-in and check-out process.

I enjoyed the hotel, its comfy room and AMAZING staff. My room included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. S-Bahn station was right next to the venue.

The rooms were exactly like the photos - clean, neat, and quiet with comfortable beds. The bathroom had a regulated heated floor. The location was excellent, with the train station just around the corner, providing easy access to the city. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The hotel had great facilities including air conditioning, wifi, and a TV with Chromecast. I loved the environmental initiative where skipping housekeeping would result in a drink voucher and a donation to charity. The man at reception on Saturday, 5th November was excellent - polite, patient, and helpful. a mind-blowing stay with jaw-dropping features and super helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s really close to public transportation, with U-Bahn and bus stops right next door and the S-Bahn just a few minutes' walk. All public transportations can go directly to the city center, which is convenient. the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was tasty.

The communication between staff seemed disorganized. We repeatedly told reception that we didn't need housekeeping but they still cleaned our room every day.

Hotel had a fun retro design, like stepping into the 50s but with modern comfort. Breakfast was a buffet, so I stuffed myself like there was no tomorrow.

Who needs coat hooks in a hotel room? Definitely not me, I enjoyed hanging my coat in the bathroom, really added to the ambiance.
